Access and Limitation on Use 

Your registration entitles you to access the sessions and networking functions for which you have registered. 

Disclaimer / Liability 

The total liability of IUMI and General Insurance Association of Singapore (GIA), as the Conference organizers, to Conference delegates shall be limited to the price paid to attend the Conference, subject to the organizers' right to deduct any administrative costs in relation to the same. 

IUMI and GIA accept no liability for the act of any supplier to this meeting, nor liability for personal injury and for the safety of any attendee whilst in transit to and from this congress; for any loss or damage; nor for delays in transport by air, sea, rail, road due to adverse weather conditions, strikes, sickness, war, or other force majeure causes. 

Entry requirements for Singapore

Participants can request a visa invitation letter by email to: registration@iumi2025.com. Please note the visa invitation letter does not exempt attendees from complying with all requirements regarding registration and payment for their participation, accommodation, and travel. The IUMI Conference Organizers take no responsibility should entry be denied by Immigration & Checkpoint Authority of Singapore (ICA). 

Insurance 

IUMI and GIA take no responsibility for the travel and accommodation costs of each delegate. It is the responsibility of each individual to take out their own travel insurance. 

Participants List 

The list of participants will be available to all participants, sponsors and exhibitors. Information shared is inclusive but not limited to name, country, email address, and company. 

Photography and recording 

Audio, photo, and video recording by any device (e.g., cameras, laptops, PDAs, mobile phones, watches) is strictly prohibited during all oral and poster sessions, unless prior permission has been obtained from the Conference organizers. The conference organizer is entitled to take photographs, make drawings, make films, or video recordings at the conference and to use these for advertising purposes or for publication in the media. This also applies to photographs or recordings made directly by the press or television with the approval of the conference organizer. 

Privacy Policy 

Personal data - All information requested is strictly for the use of the IUMI in compliance with international privacy legislation.  

By completing this registration form, I agree that IUMI will use this data to keep me fully informed of the IUMI 2025 Singapore Conference. The data will then be retained by the IUMI secretariat for the purposes of informing me about IUMI activities and future IUMI meetings.
